Investment Administration Operations

Monthly update of the University’s endowment accounting system. Financial data is received from custodian bank for review and reconciliation. University’s general ledger system is updated accordingly. Provide all necessary back office support to Princeton University Investment Company (PRINCO).

Administrating, monitoring, reporting, and reviewing performance for the following areas:

1. Security Lending Program
2. Robertson Foundation
3. Endowment Performance
4. Alternative Assets. Provide all necessary back office support for PRINCO.

Gift and Planned Giving Administration

Planned Giving Administration

Planned Giving Administration ("PGA") is responsible for the oversight of certain administrative functions being performed at Mellon Bank. Areas of review include gift processing, trust accounting, income distribution and tax return preparation. In addition to acting as a liaison between the University and Mellon Bank, this department also provides additional support to frontline Development officers. PGA is also responsible for the administration of Princeton's Charitable Gift Annuity program.

Gift Accounting

The Gift Accounting section is dedicated to providing guidance and support to both academic and non-academic departments in the recording of charitable contributions, the distribution of endowment income, and the allocation of other restricted funds supporting the overall mission of the University.
