The Controller's Office is responsible for the preparation of the University's annual audited financial statements, as well as financial and tax reports to several government agencies including the Internal Revenue Service. We also assist the Treasurer in the administration of the University's debt program and provide analytic support to the budget office. The Controller's Office is responsible for the integrity of the general ledger and the monthly reports to departments, and provides assistance to departments with their financial statements. We process Interdepartmental Invoices and Journal Vouchers, distribute Accounts Payable checks, process stop payment orders and replacement checks and reconcile the University's numerous bank accounts.
