Employee Mortgages
This Program was established by the University to assist
eligible employees in the purchase a home in the Princeton area. The Program
provides first mortgage loans at below market rates for the purchase of
single family homes to be used as the eligible employee's principal residence.
Eligibility is determined by the Real
Estate Department, who manage the Program. Detail information is found
on
their website.
Once a closing is schedule, the Loans and Receivables Department
is responsible for the creation of the loan account, and for administering
collection through payroll deductions. Loans and Receivables is also responsible
for tax reporting and for maintaining mortgage documentation.
