Summer Rooms

While Housing administers room assignments and contracts, the Summer Room department in Loans and Receivables is responsible for the collection of summer rent for both Graduate and Undergraduate students.

At the time of contract, Graduate students may request that their Summer Room Rent be deducted from the July and August stipends, or can pay monthly by check.

Undergraduate students will be billed on their Student Account.

All balances must be paid in full in order for returning students to register in the fall. All graduating and non-Princeton students must pay their Summer Room Rent at the time of contract or prior to the Summer Room draw.

Payments may be sent through campus mail or made directly at 3 New South.
