A Direct Deposit Authorization form can be found on the
Payroll Office website:

PayrollPayablesTax/Payroll/Files/Forms/
DirectDepositAuthorizationForm.pdf

Please fill out this form, sign it and fax it back to 609-258-1938 or send it to the
Payroll Office via campus mail.

2.) When will my Direct Deposit take effect?

Upon submitting a copy of a voided check or a statement from your
bank that has both the routing number and account number on it the
direct deposit will take place on the very next pay period that the
form is received. If this is not attached it will take two pay periods
after the form is received.

3.) Can I split my direct deposit between two different banks?

Currently, the Payroll Office does not have the option to split direct deposit
between two banks. However, a Princeton University Credit Union can be
set up to deposit a portion of your net pay and the balance of your net pay
can be deposited into any bank in the US.

4.) I closed/changed my bank account. What should I do?

If you have direct deposit, please contact Payroll immediately. If a deposit is
sent to an account that is no longer active, we will have to wait for the funds
to be returned to us before we can issue a replacement check. This could take
5 to 7 workdays beyond payday.

5.) Where do I set up direct deposit with the Princeton University Federal Credit Union?
