The Payroll Office is pleased to announce the availability of direct
deposit for undergraduate student bi-weekly paychecks.
Who does this change impact?
- Undergraduate
students receiving a bi-weekly paycheck.
What will change?
- Beginning
with the June 4, 2003 paycheck (completed Forms received on or before
May 14, 2003), undergraduates will have the option to directly
deposit biweekly payroll checks into their personal bank accounts.
- Paycheck
distribution:
- Academic Year (first payday after start of classes in September through
last payday before commencement) - Pay advice will be sent via
campus mail to the residence hall mailbox (freshmen and sophomores)
or to the Frist
Center mailbox (juniors and seniors). No more picking up paychecks
at 5 New South!
- Summer Months – Pay advice will have to be picked up at
5 New South Building.
- Paycheck funds direct deposited should be available on payday.
What do I have to do?

direct deposit form (Adobe Acrobat Reader Required)
- Forward
the completed form with an attached voided check or statement from
your financial institution indicating the routing/transit number and
account
number to:
Payroll Department – 5 New South
Building
- Direct Deposit
will be effective for paydays at least 4 weeks from receipt of the direct
deposit request (in the interim a check will be produced).
