Princeton University Migrating to BidSync (formerly RFP Depot)

Thank you for your interest in doing business with Princeton University. We wanted to inform you of a few changes that will be taking place with our online Purchasing contract bidding process.

As of March 1, 2006, Princeton University will be using a new online bidding system offered through the BidSync Network (formerly RFP Depot) to distribute and receive bids, and at which time our current system will no longer be available. There is no cost to vendors for bidding on any of Princeton University’s bids through this service. The current list of Princeton University bids are:

In order to access Princeton University's bids online, you will need to re-register as a vendor if you have previously registered with the Vendor Business Gateway or register for the first time if you are a new vendor to Princeton University on the BidSync website (www.bidsync.com). Any previous login names or passwords you may have received from Princeton will no longer be valid. Once you are registered, you will have access to view and bid on all of Princeton University's bids, quotes, proposals, and other member solicitations online.

Additionally, once you register with BidSync, you will receive automatic e-mail notifications for any bids posted on the BidSync Network that match your company's area of business from over 300 other institutions in addition to Princeton University.
