PeopleSoft, Labor Accounting, Financial DataMall Security

Access to University financial systems is generally granted to an individual by the department owning the project/grant, in the case of PeopleSoft Financials and the Financial DataMall, or by the home department in the case of Labor Accounting. Departments may request access to these systems by completing special access request forms found on this Web site. In some cases, access is given automatically due to a person's job, a member of the Treasurer's Office for example, or due to their responsibilities. Principal Investigators of research projects automatically receive access to their project as they are assigned by ORPA without the department having to request it.
