UCAN - University Career Action Network
What is UCAN?
The University Career Action Network (UCAN) is a consortium of 20 highly selective private colleges and universities that was founded in 1996 to share internship listings. The UCAN Internship Exchange is a dynamic database listing thousands of domestic and international internships, fellowships and other short-term opportunities, making it one of the most comprehensive internship resources on the Internet. The database is searchable by job function, industry and geographic location.
The Mission of UCAN is to develop and maintain quality products which enable students to gain diverse experiences as they plan their career path and progress through the career development process.
How does UCAN benefit you as an employer?
Posting internships through UCAN is an effective way to recruit from a candidate pool of high caliber students from 20 universities. When you post with UCAN, your internship position reaches thousands of students. Only these students can view these postings through the password-protected system. There is no cost to post as an employer.
