On-Campus Recruiting Program Overview

Welcome Students!

We invite employers from a variety of career fields and industries to provide informational presentations and interviews for both full-time career opportunities and summer internships to Princeton students. Private, public and nonprofit organizations are encouraged to use our services and facilities during the fall and spring semesters. Most employers will conduct interviews in the Career Services office at 201 Nassau Street, while some will conduct interviews at the Nassau Inn and Prospect House. Employer presentations are generally held at the Nassau Inn and Prospect House or in various classrooms on campus.

Career Services utilizes TigerTracks (eRecruiting), an on-line career management system that enables students to: research career fields; view internship and full-time position openings; create a student profile to receive targeted e-mail messages based upon career interests; upload cover letters and resumes to apply for on campus interview opportunities; learn of interview selection and schedule interview times with employers.

In addition to the management of campus recruiting, TigerTracks includes internships specifically for Princeton students. There are also thousands of summer opportunities listed within the database that are shared among a consortium of 16 prestigious universities around the country.

Due to system changes, it is imperative that all students attend one of the TigerTracks Orientations listed below:

In order to participate in the On-Campus Recruiting Program to apply for full-time positions, seniors and graduate students should attend one of the TigerTracks/On-Campus Recruiting Orientations that will be held in September for fall recruiting and again in November for spring recruiting.

All students interested in participating in the On-Campus Recruiting Program for summer internships should attend one of the Internships 101 programs that will be held in October through December.
