Laboratory Design Considerations

EHS provides assistance to groups planning laboratory renovations, new laboratories or new laboratory buildings. Contact Robin Izzo at 258-6259 for assistance.

EHS publishes a compilation of Health and Safety Design Considerations for Laboratories in the Laboratory Safety Manual. Several Principal Investigators, Planners, Engineers and Maintenance staff provided input to this document.

EHS may also provide assistance in moving or disposing laboratory chemicals. Contact Steve Elwood at 258-6271 for assistance.
