Bloodborne Pathogens

Welcome to the Test Section of the Bloodborne Pathogens Training

Now that you have completed the Bloodborne Pathogens Training Modules, you may proceed to the Test Section. The Test Section is required to demonstrate your understanding of the information presented in the training modules you have just completed.

Note: Registration for the Bloodborne Pathogens Training is limited to University faculty, staff and students.

Quitting the Test

At any point you may quit the test, but you will not be able to save the work you have done up to that point. If you quit the test before completing it and return later, you will need to start the test from the first question.

Submitting the Test Results

When you reach the end of the test, you will be directed to submit your agreement to the Notice and Acknowledgment: Exposure to Bloodborne Pathogens form online and complete the Bloodborne Pathogens Registration Form and the Bloodborne Pathogens Immunization Form. This will complete your test registration. It will also complete your entry into the Bloodborne Pathogens Program if you have decided not to receive the Hepatitis B vaccination at this time.

If you have decided to accept the Hepatitis B vaccination series, you will complete your entry into the Bloodborne Pathogens Program by taking the additional step to make an appointment with Employee Health to begin the vaccination series. You can arrange an appointment with Employee Health at 258-5035.

An email confirmation will be sent to you following submission of the Registration form.

A Navigational Reminder

If you answer a question incorrectly, the relevant section of the training module will open in a new window. To return to the test, close the new window or click on the ‘Back’ button at the top of your browser toolbar. If you answer a question correctly you will be forwarded to the next test question.
