EPA Hazardous Waste Lists

Specific Chemicals - Specific chemical products, intermediates and off-spec chemicals identified by EPA as hazardous waste. Includes acutely hazardous (P-Listed) wastes and toxic (U-listed) wastes. NOTE: No more than 1 quart of P-listed wastes may be stored in a waste accumulation area.

Non-Specific Chemicals - Chemicals from specific sources or processes

Toxic Characteristic List - Wastes containing or exceeding a threshold concentration of chemicals on this list are considered to be hazardous waste.
