Training

Training for hazardous waste procedures is included in the following training courses that are mandatory for all individuals working with chemicals:

Laboratory Safety Training - mandatory for all faculty, staff, students and visitors working in a laboratory
Hazard Communication Training - mandatory for all staff working with chemicals outside of a laboratory

Training for specific waste streams or work areas is available upon request. Contact James Boehlert at 258-7882 or Robin Izzo at 258-6259 to schedule specialized training.
