Self-Audit Checklists

The EHS has developed a series of Self-Audit checklists designed to audit the status of a particular program or regulatory requirement. Some, such as the Office Safety, Laboratory Safety, and Chemical Use in Non-Laboratory Areas checklists include both programmatic and facility issues.

The checklists were developed for use by either an entire department, a section of a department, a particular room or an individual. The checklists are for internal departmental use. There is no need to send copies of completed checklists to EHS. If assistance from EHS is desired, please contact us at 258-5294.

The checklists are available in editable Microsoft Word format or as a PDF file.
