Radioactive Mixed Waste Tracking

Mixed wastes are hazardous wastes that are also radioactive.  Hazardous wastes contain components regulated under RCRA (the federal Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) regulations. Common mixed wastes are organic solvents such as chloroform, phenol, toluene and xylene that have been mixed with radioactive materials.  If you have any mixed waste, please complete the following form.
