About the Princeton Project Office
| The mission of the
Princeton Project Office (PPO) is to enable a project management
culture so that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and
with expected results. |
In support of this mission, the PPO
will:

Partner
with the project manager and team to provide
project management
support and mentoring, and to
facilitate project reviews. |
|
Deliver training on the Princeton Project Management
Methodology and communicate project management
best practices.
|
|
Continually improve the Princeton Project
Management Methodology. |
