About the Princeton Project Office

The mission of the Princeton Project Office (PPO) is to enable a project management culture so that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with expected results.

In support of this mission, the PPO will:

  Partner with the project manager and team to provide
project management support and mentoring, and to
facilitate project reviews.
  Deliver training on the Princeton Project Management
Methodology and communicate project management
best practices.
  Continually improve the Princeton Project 
Management Methodology.

    Methodology
