Post Project Review Agenda

Post Project Review Report

Description

Once the Project has concluded, the Sponsor or Project Manager will call together the major players involved in the Project (such as senior business managers, academics & other OIT staff) and conduct a detailed de-brief, with the main focus being on how improvements could be implemented. This session can be facilitated by the OIT Project Office.

Deliverables

The Post Project Review Report should be distributed to senior managers to highlight where improvements are to be made.

The focus of this document is very much on raising the overall level of OIT's proficiency in managing projects.
