Description

The Princeton Project Management Methodology (PPMM) is Princeton 's methodology for managing the development and purchase of information systems. It is based on the project management methodology of Knapp and Moore, and incorporates best practices in project management.

The process of managing projects is essentially iterative, with planning, tracking and control, reporting, and review happening throughout the life of the project.  The process is summarized in the following diagram:
