Mathey Cooking Club

Join with your fellow chefs and foodies to learn (and eat!) some great cooking. Popular past ventures included Chocolate Desserts and Indian Cooking. Mathey Kitchen is the place to be on Cooking Club night. Please contact Matt Frawley, Director of Student Life, if you are interested in participating or organizing a cooking club event.

Provencal Cooking Night!
Friday, Nov 21, 6:30 pm 
Join former participants from the Aix-en-Provence Program who will show you how to prepare a Provencal meal!  Menu will include Salad with real Vinaigrette and Marinated Goat Cheese, Zucchini Quiche and Ice Cream with Nougatine.
