Emergency Preparedness for Students
Academic
- ASAP website. The Academic Support at Princeton site is the directory for all kinds of academic help at Princeton: workshops, study halls, writing assistance, library reference help, tutoring, etc.
- For all courses, see your instructor, preceptor or lab instructor
- The Office of the Dean of the College runs study halls and review sessions throughout the semester, Monday through Thursday night for math, chemistry, biology, etc.
- Upperclassmen from all the residential colleges have made themselves available as peer tutors for a variety of subjects in the natural sciences, social sciences and foreign languages. - McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning
- The Writing Program offers general instruction and tutoring in writing skills.
- Your Dean or Director of Studies can also arrange for tutoring.
Physical Health
- The University Health Service provides a wide range of services from outpatient treatment to urgent walk-in care. It also provides information on nutrition, health issues, drugs, smoking and sexual health.
- University Medical Center at Princeton. The local hospital, located on Witherspoon Street in downtown Princeton, is a highly-ranked medical facility in central New Jersey.
