University Resources
The advancement of digital technologies has increased both the potential for and the detection of infringing activity on the Internet. While the University encourages the innovative uses of such technologies, faculty should exercise special care when distributing copyrighted materials to students and colleagues in digital format. The University also offers a variety of resources for electronically delivering materials to students:
Blackboard
E-Reserves
Audio Reserves
Almagest
Video Clusters
Educational Technologies Center
The University strongly encourages faculty to use these resources, which comply with copyright law and are designed to reduce the risk of infringement.
For further information regarding appropriate use of file sharing and other digital technologies, see the Electronic Use Policy and Knowledge Base page.
