Goals for Academic Year '08
Communications Services will strive to support the members of the
University community in their academic and administrative endeavors by
informing the user community of new or changing systems and services with
timely, focused, and coordinated communications;
working with
OIT colleagues to develop a redesigned OIT web site with a Roxen
infrastructure to present a clear and integrated view of OIT services;
enhancing the
OIT KnowledgeBase by migrating to a Roxen infrastructure;
expanding the
scope of outreach programs;
publishing
printed support materials to explain and publicize specific systems and
services;
exploring new
technologies to improve our information coordination and distribution
efforts.
