To contact the Office of Information Technology

The multiple departments that make up the Office of Information Technology are located in a number of sites on campus. If you think you may need to visit a specific office, please first contact the OIT Help Desk at 258-HELP for information.

All students, faculty, and staff, including new arrivals on campus, will find assistance at the Help Desk via telephone, e-mail, and online chat around the clock, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For questions that need in-person attention, go to the OIT Solutions Center at the Frist Campus Center. See www.princeton.edu/solutionscenter for directions and hours.
