Goals for Academic Year '09

Communications Services will strive to support the members of the University community in their academic and administrative endeavors by

  informing the user community of new or changing systems and services with timely, focused, and coordinated communications;

publishing printed support materials to explain and publicize specific systems and services;

continuing enhancement of OIT's KnowledgeBase and OIT departmental web presence;

extending the scope of outreach programs;

exploring new technologies and opportunities to expand our information coordination and distribution efforts;

completing the redesign of student outreach to conform to new University online information requirements.
