We create user documentation to support Princeton University faculty, students, and staff in the use of administrative applications, such as PeopleSoft (including Purchasing, HR, and Student Records), Labor Accounting, and Coeus. User documentation for administrative applications is generally distributed at training sessions. If no training sessions are scheduled for the application, the documentation is distributed directly from the business unit that sponsors the application.

Documentation for desktop applications, such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Macromedia Dreamweaver, is provided by the Training Group, and is also distributed at training sessions.
