Planning a PBC program for your group
The Reservation Process

Your group's PBC experience starts with a conversation with a PBC program coordinator at 908-362-6765. He/she will work with you to find available dates on our year-round calendar.
Once you have confirmed dates, you will receive a reservation agreement in the mail. To secure your reservation, please submit the following:
- proof of liability insurance
- signed contract
- 25% deposit to hold the date
The Planning Process
Think about your goals and the type of program you wish for your group. Discuss these goals with your PBC program coordinator. Together, the two of you will create a schedule to meet the needs of your group. During this process, you should:
- distribute forms to participants and teachers/chaperones
- start having meetings with teachers and chaperones to educate them around their visit to PBC. We request you have at least two meetings to discuss the schedule, what to bring, the philosophy at PBC and their role
- continue reviewing our program planning guide and web links in the "Bring Your Group to the Center " section, making preparations as noted (eg., emergency vehicle, assigning cabin groups, collecting paperwork, etc.)
The Final Process
Two weeks before your visit to PBC your program coordinator will be in touch. The following needs to be submitted two weeks prior to your arrival:
- Fax in the two week confirmation list to PBC. These numbers will determine your bill
- Mail in medical and risk forms for all persons visiting the Center
- Confirm bus/transportation arrangements
- Arrange final payment for your visit
