Housing and Dining form and the Residential College Interest/Activity Sheet due to the Admission Office. Room assignments cannot be made until all forms are received.

Disabilities and Other Special Needs form due. Any questions regarding this form should be addressed to the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students, 308 West College, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ 08544; (609) 258-3054.

Permanent Address Information form due to the Admission Office. This information is needed for all future University mailings to your parent(s) or legal guardian(s).

Photographs form and three recent color photographs due to the Admission Office.

Eligibility Requirements for Intercollegiate Athletics form due if you wish to participate in intercollegiate athletics at Princeton. The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) requires that you complete and submit an NCAA Student Release Form along with a $30 processing fee, and arrange to have an NCAA Form 48-H completed and signed by an authorized secondary school official and returned, along with an official copy of your final transcript and your SAT/ACT scores to the NCAA Clearinghouse. In addition, please complete the form in your matriculation booklet and return it to Erin McDermott, assistant director of athletics, Jadwin Gymnasium, PO Box 71, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ 08544-0071.

Return either the Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) Program Sheet or the Bachelor of Science in Engineering (B.S.E.) Program Sheet to the Admission Office. Your course choices are only tentative and may be changed after consulting with your adviser in the fall.

Honor Code Compliance form due. Complete and return it to the Admission Office after reading the letter from the Honor Committee. The code is an important tradition at Princeton, and the committee wishes to know that personal integrity is important to you.

University Alcohol Policy Statement due. Every entering student will receive a copy of a pamphlet "Alcohol & Other Drug Use" (Princeton University Alcohol Policy) and a summary of state and federal laws governing alcohol and drug use. This form, indicating that you have read and understand the policy, must be completed and returned in order for you to register for classes in the fall.

Final School Report due. In order for you to matriculate at Princeton, this form (or an attached transcript) must be sent to the Admission Office and must bear the official seal of your school.

Application deadline for Frosh Trip 2003, the Outdoor Action Program

Application deadline for Community Action Program.

Mid-July

Notification of the term in which freshmen will take the Writing Seminar will be mailed in mid-July.

Parent's Handbook for the Class of 2007 will be mailed in late July.

Payment of the University bill is due.  A detailed handbook of Information Regarding Payment of Fees and Expenses for Undergraduate Students will be sent to you in June.

Read the University's booklet of regulations, Rights, Rules, Responsibilities, which you will receive in the same mailing as the alcohol policy pamphlet. While there is no form associated with the booklet and nothing to return, familiarize yourself with its contents before you arrive on campus. Please bring the booklet with you to Princeton.
