*May select a term of 20-40 years in 5 year increments as long as qualify financially. Terms of 20-40 years will be booked at the 40 year rate. All rates above are based on the market rates on July 1, 2008.

Mortgage Program Homeowner’s Insurance Requirement

The Mortgage loan application package sets forth insurance requirements. The loss payee on the insurance binder and policy should be designated as follows: "The Trustees of Princeton University, its successors and assigns as their interest may appear."
