2007/2008 Visa Options beyond Academic Training Seminars


The attorney workshops will focus on visa possibilities for both F-1 and J-1 graduate students after practical training.  The guest speakers will be local immigration attorneys who will discuss H-1B processing, other non-immigrant options, permanent residence, and related topics.

Immigration attorneys from McCandlish Holton Immigration Practice Group will talk to international students about work authorization, green cards, and visa options for post-graduation employment. Students of all class years, including graduate students, are invited to attend to learn more about options and procedures if they wish to work in the United States after graduation.
