Information for New Graduate Students 2011 - 2012
• Visa Eligibility Document Information
Decisions regarding accepting Princeton's offer of admission are to be returned to Graduate Admissions by April 15. At this time, you will also return the Application for a Certificate of Visa Eligibility to the Davis International Center/Office of Visa Services. After your academic department confirms your program start date, we will issue your visa eligibility document (I-20 or DS-2019).
Please note that we can not issue your I-20/DS-2019 BEFORE your department confirms your program start date. After academic departments have confirmed start dates (late April/early May), documents will be issued and mailed via regular air mail (unless you request otherwise on the first page of the Application for a Certificate of Visa Eligibility) to the mailing address that you provided in Section 5 of the application. Please do not contact the Davis International Center/ Office of Visa Services before June 1 with inquires about the timing of document issuance. For questions on completing the Application for Visa Eligibility form, please contact us at puvisa@princeton.edu
